Empanadas
Our empanadas, originally called Salteñas, are a typical Bolivian food. In addition to their striking shape, they are baked and have a lot of liquid inside—they are brothy. Traditional salteñas are handmade and filled with meat.
Our beef empanadas are the traditional Bolivian Salteñas, but we also decided to incorporate other new flavors into our Menu: curry chicken, onion soup, pesto, Cheeseburger, Turkey and gravy.
Our empanadas are handcrafted one by one and closed by hand with patience and skill. We also use natural ingredients, such as curry, annatto, paprika, cocoa, and spinach, to give them different colors.
